Troubleshooting Hints
- The vehicle is in a place not suitable for communication
- The GNSS/TEL antenna assembly may be defective
- The TEL antenna assembly may be defective
- The TCU may be defective
NOTE:
Additionally, there are the following two reasons.

- A pair of TCU and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) information is registered into the server. If installing the TCU, already registered once into the server, to another vehicle, you cannot connect the server because the VIN information is not verified.
- When the ignition switch is turned on, the TCU will send the VIN information to the server and can communicate with the server.
