Only in case of an emergency, press the SOS switch.
If you press the SOS switch unintentionally and the telematics call center responds to your voice, you should tell a telephone operator that it is an unintended call.
If you press the SOS switch unintentionally and the telematics call center responds to your voice, a telephone operator can terminate the call, but you cannot.
