Retest the system
- After moving the vehicle to an indoor place, turn the ignition switch to the LOCK (OFF) position and leave it until the HUD (temperature sensor) reaches the temperature at which it operates normally (for 15 to 30 minutes as a guide).
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: A component protection has been triggered.
This is not a malfunction.
NO: Replace the HUD.
