If the system is not turned on and off by changing the BSW setting, the CAN bus line, the combination meter, the ETACS-ECU, the gateway-ECU, or the BSW-ECU (master) may be defective.
NOTE:
Prior to diagnosis, check the power supply circuit to the gateway-ECU. If no faults are detected, follow this troubleshooting procedure.
