Install clean air pipe

• Replace sealing ring (1)  .

• Feed in clean air pipe (1)  and position.
• Secure clamps (3)  .
• Connect connectors (2)  and lock.
• Make sure the connector (2)  engages audibly.

• Feed in clean air pipe (2)  and install.
• Make sure that the clamp (1)  snaps-in audibly.

• Tighten down screw (3)  .

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Clean air pipe to cylinder head cover
  Oval-head screw	Tightening torque	8Nm

• Connect engine ventilation line (1)  on clean air pipe and lock.
• Make sure that the engine ventilation line (1)  snaps in audibly at the clean air pipe.
• Connect engine ventilation line (2)  to the cylinder head cover and lock.
• Make sure that the engine ventilation line (2)  snaps in audibly at the cylinder head cover.
• Mount clean air pipe to the intake filter housing.
• Tighten clamp (1)  on clean air pipe.

  Clean air pipe to intake silencer housing
  Screw clamp	Tightening torque	3Nm
