- Remove hood hinge. Refer to 41 61 563 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING THE LEFT HOOD HINGE (HOOD REMOVED) REP-REP-RAF6041-4161060 - V.1 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV) .
Open and close hinge (1).
Visual inspection for damage.
