61 62 060 Removing and installing/replacing rear wiper motor (Countryman JCW ALL4 AWD)
Preliminary work needed:
- Remove WIPER ARM FOR REAR WIPER .
- Remove trim for tailgate at bottom
Removal:
Unlock hose pipe (1) and disconnect.
Unlock and disconnect connector (2).
Loosen screws.
Pull wiper motor (3) out of grommet (4).
Installation:
NOTE:
Check grommet (4) of wiper pivot for signs of damage, replace if necessary.
Join wiper motor (3) in grommet (4).
Tighten down screws (3).
Connect connector (2).
Connect hose pipe (1).
NOTE:
Ensure fit and detent of hose pipe (1) are correct.
Required follow-up work:
- Install tailgate trim panel, bottom
- Install WIPER ARM FOR REAR WIPER .
- ADJUST SPRAY NOZZLE .
