Install the wiring harness section for the injectors and ignition coils

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Detents, guides and mounting elements must not be damaged or missing.

Insert and position the wiring harness section for the injectors and ignition coils.
Connect and lock the connector (1).
Make sure the connectors (1) engage audibly.

Insert and install the wiring harness section (3) for the injectors and ignition coils.
Tighten nut (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Ground cable on rail
M6	Tightening torque	5Nm

Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Wiring harness section for injectors and ignition coils to cylinder head cover
M6	Tightening torque	6Nm

Connect and lock the connector (1).
Make sure the connectors (1) engage audibly.

Insert and install the wiring harness section (3) for the injectors and ignition coils in the direction of the arrow.
Ensure that the lock (2) engages audibly.
Insert and install the positive battery cable (1).

Connect connector (1) in the direction of the arrow and lock.
Make sure the connectors (1) engage audibly.

Connect and lock the connector (1).
Make sure the connector (1) engages audibly.
Insert and install the connector (1) to the E-box (2) in the direction of the arrow.

Insert and install the cover panel (2) in the guides (3) in the direction of the arrow.
Ensure that the cover panel (2) audibly engages in the guides (3).
Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Cover panel to E-box
RF5x26.5	Tightening torque	2.5Nm

Insert and install the positive battery cable (2) on the holder (3).
Insert and install the battery positive terminal (1).
Tighten the battery positive terminal (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Battery terminal clamp on battery terminal
