Installing headlight repair kit (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Preliminary work needed:

Remove headlight. Refer to 63 12 009 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT HEADLIGHT (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) and 63 12 003 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT HEADLIGHT (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) .

NOTE: Damaged holders (1, 2, 3, 4) can be replaced with the repair kit.
Replacement of headlight is not required!

Remove damaged holders (1, 2, 3, 4) as shown above.

Mount holder from repair kit (1, 2, 3, 4) as illustrated and tighten using the enclosed screws.

After the repair

Install headlight. Refer to 63 12 009 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT HEADLIGHT (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) and 63 12 003 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT HEADLIGHT (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) .
ADJUST HEADLIGHTS .
