Removing and installing (replacing) side center console trim panel (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed  :

• Remove FOOTWELL LIGHTRight side only: 
• Remove bottom right dashboard TRIM PANEL .

Removal: 

Remove screw (1).

Release side center console trim panel (2) from retaining clips (3).

Feed out side center console trim panel (2) from guides (4) and remove.

Installation  :

Feed in trim panel (1) into guides (2) and lock in clamps (3).

Tighten screw (4).

Required reworking  :

• Install FOOTWELL LIGHT .

  Right side only  :

• Install bottom right instrument panel TRIM PANEL .
