Removing and installing/replacing the tension strut on the left or right (rear) (Cooper Convertible)

IMPORTANT: Observe SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for raising the vehicle
Driving without the trailing link is not permitted!

Removal :

Release screws (1 - 4).

Remove trailing link (5).

Installation :

Install tension strut (5).

Tighten the screws (1 - 4).

Tightening torque 51 61 5AZ .
