Replacing the guide sleeve for the disengagement module (GS6-60DA, GS6X60DA/BA) (Cooper Clubman models with AWD)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove TRANSMISSION .
• Remove DISENGAGEMENT MODULE AND RELEASE LEVER from guide tube.

Removal: 

Unscrew the screws (1).

Remove guide tube.

Installation: 

Install the guide tube.

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 23 11 1AZ .

Guide surface must be clean (no labels/stickers or adhesive residue, etc.).

Required follow-up work: 

• Position DISENGAGEMENT MODULE AND RELEASE LEVER on guide tube.
• Install the TRANSMISSION .
