Removing and installing/replacing heating and air conditioning blower

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove CONTROLLER  for blower.
• Remove CONTROL UNIT  for heating/air conditioning unit.

Removal: 

Remove screw (1).

Lever out trim (2) from the clamps (3) and remove.

Unscrew the screws (1).

Remove blower (2).

Installation: 

Position blower (2) correctly.

Tighten down screws (1).

Install trim (2) and engage in clamps (3).

Tighten screw (1).

Tightening torque 51 16 7AZ .

Required reworking: 

• Install CONTROLLER  for blower.
• Install CONTROL UNIT  for heating and air conditioning system.
