72 11 092 Removing and installing/replacing rear left or right safety belt

Preliminary work needed:

Remove REAR SEAT
Remove TRUNK WHEEL ARCH PANEL

Removal:

Remove screw (1).

Remove end lining (2).

Remove screw (1).

Feed out electrically motorized reel (2) upwards to the front.

Remove safety belt.

Installation:

Install electrically motorized reel (2) downwards to the rear.

NOTE:

Make sure guide is correctly fitted in body.

Electrically motorized reel (2) is encoded against incorrect installation.

Replace screw (1).

Tighten screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 20AZ .

Mount end lining (2).

NOTE: End lining (2) is encoded to prevent incorrect assembly.

Replace screw (1).

Tighten screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 22AZ .

Required follow-up work:

Install TRUNK WHEEL ARCH PANEL
Install REAR SEAT
