51 24 105 Removing and installing/replacing tailgate lock

Preliminary work needed:

Remove TRIM FOR REAR LID

REMOVAL:

Unscrew the screws (1).

Unlock associated plug connection and disconnect.

Remove tailgate lock (2).

INSTALLATION:

Connect associated plug connections.

Position tailgate lock (2).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 24 1AZ .

Install TAILGATE TRIM PANEL
