51 22 235 Removing and installing/replacing Bowden cable for inside door opener on left or right rear door

Preliminary work needed:

Remove DOOR TRIM PANEL FROM REAR DOOR

Removal:

Pull Bowden cable housing (1) towards the rear/top out of lock (2) - the Bowden cable automatically feeds out during this.

Installation:

Make sure Bowden cable (1) is in correct position in holder (2).

To install the Bowden cable, press the inner door handle (1) in arrow direction.

Engage Bowden cable housing (1) to the front/bottom below lock (2).
