61 62 060 Removing and installing/replacing rear wiper motor

Preliminary work needed:

Remove WIPER ARM FOR REAR WIPER
Remove TRIM FOR TRUNK LID AT BOTTOM

Removal:

Unlock hose pipe (1) and disconnect.

Unlock and disconnect connector (2).

Loosen screws.

Pull wiper motor (3) out of grommet (4).

Installation:

NOTE: Check grommet (4) of wiper pivot for signs of damage, replace if necessary.

Join wiper motor (3) in grommet (4).

Tighten down screws (3).

Tightening torque 61 62 2AZ .

Connect connector (2).

Connect hose pipe (1).

NOTE: Ensure fit and detent of hose pipe (1) are correct.

Required follow-up work:

Adjust SPRAY NOZZLE .
