64 11 208 Replace heat exchanger

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER

Removal:

Loosen screw (1).

Unlock latch mechanisms (2 and 3).

Remove cover (4).

Release screw (1).

Take off holder (2).

Pull the heat exchanger for the heating system (3) out of the heating and air-conditioning unit (4).

Installation:

Position cover (4) correctly.

Lock latch mechanisms (2 and 3).

Tighten screw (1).

Slide the heat exchanger for the heating system (3) into the heating and air-conditioning unit (4).

Position holder (2) correctly.

Tighten screw (1).
