REP-TAT-P-2461-01 Removing the control unit (8-speed, AISIN GA8F22AW)

Necessary preliminary work:

Refer to DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY GROUND LEAD
Refer to REMOVING INTAKE PORT
Refer to REMOVING INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Before removing the control unit (3) , rotate the lever (1) so that the arrows (2) face each other.

Release the screws (1) of the control unit (2) .

Make sure that the pins (1) of the sealing sleeve (2) are not affected.
