Replace The Right Headlight Stand (Cooper, Cooper S, John Cooper Works)

Preliminary work needed:

Remove TRIM FROM RIGHT WHEEL ARCH .
Remove RIGHT HEADLIGHT .

REMOVAL:

Release wiring harness at attachment point (1).

Release screws (2) to (5) and remove headlight stand (6).

INSTALLATION:

Install headlight stand (6) and tighten screws (2) to (5).

Screws (5): Tightening torque 41 33 3AZ .

Screw (4): Tightening torque 41 35 1AZ .

Screw (3): Tightening torque 51 11 1AZ .

Fasten wiring harness in area (1).

Required reworking:

Install TRIM ON RIGHT WHEEL ARCH .
Install RIGHT HEADLIGHT .
