Replace The Left Headlight Stand (Cooper, Cooper S, John Cooper Works)

For stripping and rigging operations, refer to texts on KSD CD (FRU number 41 33 720).

Preliminary work needed:

Remove TRIM ON LEFT WHEEL ARCH .
Remove left headlight (See 63 12 HEADLIGHT ).

Removal:

Detach wiring harness at attachment points (1).

Release screws (2) to (4) and remove headlight stand (5).

Installation:

Install headlight stand (5) and tighten screws (2) to (4).

Screws (4): Tightening torque 41 33 3AZ .

Screw (2): Tightening torque 41 35 1AZ .

Screw (3): Tightening torque 51 11 1AZ .

Secure wiring harness in areas (1).

Required reworking:

Install TRIM ON LEFT WHEEL ARCH .
Install left headlight
