Removing and installing/replacing the flat motor for the power windows at the rear left or right (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed:

Remove rear power ELECTRIC WINDOWS .

Removal:

NOTE: Diagram similar.

Unscrew the screws (1).

Remove the flat motor (2) from the power window (3).

Installation:

NOTE: Diagram similar.

Correctly position the flat motor (2) on the power window (3).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 37 2AZ .

Required reworking:

Install rear power ELECTRIC WINDOWS .

After installation:

An initialization must be carried out in order to activate crush guard.

Read and comply with NOTES on initialization of power electric windows.
