REP-TAT-P-6761-01 Removing the convertible top drive unit

Prerequisite
- Rear left and right side trim panels SIDE TRIM PANEL removed.
Technical information
Adhere to the NOTES for opening the convertible top after emergency closing.

Preliminary work
Remove SOFT TOP
Remove the convertible top drive unit
- Unfasten cable tie (1).
- Loosen screw (2).
- Swing the convertible top drive unit (3) down slightly and detach from the shaft (4).
- Loosen connector (5).
To avoid damage to the connector (5), if the convertible top drive unit (3) is faulty, the detent (6) can be cut off on both sides with a scalpel.
