Removing and installing/replacing rear panel on rear seat backrest (Cooper Convertible)

The seat frame has very sharp edges that can cause injuries from cuts.
Exercise extreme caution and wear hand protection as required when carrying out any repair work in the area of the seat frame.

Preliminary work needed: 

Removal: 

Lever out backrest cover (1) all around the backrest frame with a suitable tool.

Remove rear panel (1) from backrest.

Installation: 

Install rear panel (1) in backrest.

Change the beading of the backrest cover (1) and press it into the backrest frame.

NOTE: Check that the beading latches in noticeably.
