Follow-up work
- Install the TRIM at the bottom of the aperture.
- Install the front seat backrest REAR PANEL
- Install trim for BACKREST RELEASE
- Install the front seat OUTER COVER
- Install the SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT LEVER
- Install the STEERING LEVER for backrest adjustment.
- Install the left or right front seat OUTER COVER for backrest adjustment.
- Install left or right front seat INNER COVER
- Install driver's side FRONT SEAT and/or passenger's side FRONT SEAT

- Before performing any work on the airbag, always disconnect the battery ground lead from the battery.
- Airbag unit may only be set down with the cushion (airbag itself) facing upwards.

- Carefully feed in the side airbag (1) upwards in the cover pocket (2) and correctly position on the backrest frame.
- Tighten nuts (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Side airbag on rear seat backrest Nut Tightening torque 6.5 Nm NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side. - Attach the seat cover (1) in arrow direction.
- Feed in cable (5) and attach in all holders.
- Insert connector (4) in the connector housing (1), until the locks (3) audibly engage.
- Install the cable tie (2).
- Engage connector housing (1) in the holder.
- Variant with seat heating:
Connect connectors (6) and lock.
- Open zipper (1) in the arrow direction.
- Open zipper (2) in the arrow direction.
