Removing and installing/replacing damper for glove compartment (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed:

Remove right GLOVE COMPARTMENT with housing.

Removal:

Release damper (1) from the fixing holder (2).

Twist damper (1) approx. 90° in arrow direction and remove.

Installation:

Insert damper (1) and twist approx. 90° in arrow direction.

Engage damper (1) on retainer (2).

Required follow-up work:

Install right GLOVE COMPARTMENT with housing.
