Removing and installing/replacing headlining (without sliding/tilting sunroof)

Except for the steps relating to the sliding/tilting sunroof, the work is identical to:  REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING ROOFLINER (WITH SLIDING/TILTING SUNROOF).
