Replace armrest

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove rear DOOR TRIM .

Removal: 

Drill out or grind down the welding pins in area (1).

Feed the armrest out of the door trim panel and remove.

Installation: 

Saw off all welding pins (1) along the molding (2).

Insert the armrest in the door trim panel and align it.

Tighten screws (1) and (2).

Required reworking: 

• Install rear DOOR TRIM .
