Replacing rear left or right door window

Special tools required: 

• 2 298 504

Preliminary work needed: 

• Detach front WINDOW FRAME TRIM .

Removal: 

Insert special tool 2 298 504 from above into stand (1).

Push stand (1) outwards until catch of stand (1) releases door window glass.

Hold door window glass and special tool 2 298 504 securely and lower power electric windows.

Guide door window glass out of door.

Installation: 

Feed in door window glass (1).

Engage door window glass (1) in the stop of the stand (2).

• Attach front WINDOW FRAME TRIM .
