Replace gas spring for right split door
Special tools required:
- 00 9 325
NOTE:
Carry out work on the right side in the same way as for the left side illustrated here.
Preliminary work needed:
- Remove TRIM PANEL for split door.
Removal:
Disassemble BALL SOCKET (1) .
Unclip cover (2) with special tool 00 9 325.
Remove gas spring (3) together with cover (2).
Installation:
Install gas spring (3) together with cover (2).
Mount BALL SOCKET (1) .
Clip in cover (2).
Required follow-up work:
- Install TRIM PANEL FOR SPLIT DOOR .
