Removing and installing/replacing support for front bumper cover

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove front BUMPER COVER .

Removal: 

Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Unlock and disconnect the plug connection of the fanfare horn (1).

Release bottom screws from below (2).

Remove supports (3).

Unscrew the screws (4).

Feed out support (5) towards front and remove.

Installation: 

Replacement  :

Remount the impact absorber.

Remount both fanfare HORNS .

Release screws (1) on left and right.

Remount holder (2).

Insert support (5).

Insert support (3).

Tighten down screws (2).

Tightening torque 51 11 2AZ .

Tighten down screws (4).

Tightening torque 51 11 8AZ .

Connect connector (1) for fanfare horns.

Connect the connector (1).

Required follow-up work: 

• Install front BUMPER COVER .
