Removing and installing (replacing) console for windshield wiper system complete with electric motor

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove BATTERY .
• Remove rear WINDSHIELD PANEL COVER .

Removal: 

Slacken nut (1).

Unlock connector (2) and disconnect (see the next graphic).

Loosen screws (3).

Feed out console for windshield wiper system (4).

Press lock on the connector underside and pull out the connector.

Installation: 

Feed in console for windshield wiper system (4).

Tighten down screws (3).

Tightening torque 61 61 2AZ .

Tighten nut (1).

Tightening torque 61 61 1AZ .

Connect connector (2).

Required follow-up work: 

• Attach rear WINDSHIELD PANEL COVER .
• Install BATTERY .
