REP-TAT-P-5434-25 For replacement: Remount the front strut and drive unit

Follow-up work 

• Install the TRIM PANEL  for the rear case
• Install both INTERIOR TRIM PANELS  of the guide rails
• For replacement:  Remount both front GASKETS 
• Install both TRIM PANELS  for guide rails

• Loosen screws (1).
• Remove the front strut (2) and install the new roof cassette.
• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Front strut to frame

  8 Nm

  Remove the drive unit of the folding sunroof 

• Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
• Loosen screws (2).
• Remove the drive unit (3) in a downwards direction.

Install the drive unit of the folding sunroof 

• Precisely insert the gear (1) of the drive unit of the folding sunroof (2) into the gearing (3).

• Install the drive unit (3).
• Tighten down screws (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Drive unit on convertible top

  3 Nm

• Connect plug connection (1) and lock.
