Removing and installing/replacing upper rollover protection trim panel (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed  :

• Close soft top.
• Open EASY LOAD
• Fold rear seat backrest

Removal  :

Lever out and remove covers (1).

Unscrew the screws (1).

Detach stop pad (1) towards front.

Lever out and remove covers (2).

Release screws (1) and (2).

Unclip cover (3) carefully from the lower trim panel and remove upwards.

Installation: 

Install cover (3) and clip in on the bottom trim panel.

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 46 2AZ .

Tighten down screws (2).

Tightening torque 51 46 1AZ .

Install stop pad (1).

Install covers (2).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 46 1AZ .
