Removing and installing or replacing flat motor for front left or right power electric windows (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove FRONT POWER WINDOWS .

Removal: 

Unscrew the screws (1).

Detach flat motor (2) from power electric windows (3).

Installation: 

Make sure drive shaft (2) is correctly seated in mounting (1) at power electric windows (3)!

Ensure that the flat motor (2) is assembled without tension.

Position flat motor (2) correctly on power electric windows (3).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 33 4AZ .

Required reworking: 

• Install FRONT POWER ELECTRIC WINDOWS .

An initialization must be carried out in order to activate crush guard.

Read and comply with NOTES  on initialization of power electric windows.
