51 16 383 Removing and installing/replacing damper for glove box

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove RIGHT GLOVE BOX WITH HOUSING 

Removal: 

Release damper (1) from the fixing bracket (2).

Twist damper (1) approx. 90° in direction of arrow and remove.

Installation: 

Insert damper (1) and twist approx. 90° in direction of arrow.

Engage damper (1) on retaining bracket (2).
