63 99 315 Replacing light bulb(s) for left or right rear light

WARNING: Follow the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for handling bulbs/light sources (exterior lights).

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Removal:

Release latch mechanisms and remove bulb holder (1) from rear light (2).

Carefully press bulb (1-3) into bulb holder (4) and turn counter clockwise.

Then pull out bulb (1-3) from bulb holder (4).

Installation:

Insert bulb (1-3) into bulb holder (4).

Then carefully press bulb (1-3) into bulb holder (4) and turn clockwise up to limit position.

Insert bulb holder (1) in rear light (2).

NOTE: Ensure bulb holder (1) is correctly fitted and locked in rear light (2).
