51 24 146 Removing and installing/replacing button for rear lid actuation

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove TRIM FOR REAR LID

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Release nuts (2) and remove button.

Tightening torque 51 24 13AZ .

Installation note:

Gasket (1) must not be damaged.

Perform function check with tailgate open.

Replacement:

Modify MINI PLATE .
