51 43 148 Removing and installing or replacing trim panel on left or right door post (top)

Remove trim panel (1) from clips (2) toward the inside and feed out towards the bottom.

Installation note: 

Guides in the area (A and B) must be fed in correctly.

Make sure the edge protection for the front door is correctly fitted.

Installation note: 

Replace faulty clips (1).

Guides (2) must not be missing or damaged.

Complete removal only: 

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 4AZ .

Feed belt strap out of trim panel for door pillar.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 4AZ .

Feed out the seat belt strap from the slide bar (2) and the door post trim panel.

3. Seat belt strap
4. Bush
