51 49 131 Removing and installing/replacing upper trim panel for rear window frame

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Detach trim panel (1) from clips (2).

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Remove trim panel (2) towards bottom.

Installation note:

Clips (1) and marked retaining lugs of the trim panel (2) must not be damaged or missing.

Replacement

Modify BRAKE LIGHT (3) .
