52 26 081 Removing and installing/replacing backrest frame for rear seat
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove MIDDLE BACKREST COVER
Installation note:
- Microencapsulated screws must be replaced and may not be reused.
- Screw connection must be completed within 20 minutes (start of hardening).
- Microencapsulated screws must not be retightened.
- Clean thread of nut beforehand in event of repeated use.
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 52 26 12AZ .
Installation note:
Replace micro-encapsulated screws (1).
Unfasten screws (2).
Remove backrest from seat frame.
