61 67 100 Removing and installing/replacing left high-pressure nozzle of headlight cleaning system

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove left headlight. See REMOVING HALOGEN HEADLIGHT or REMOVING XENON HEADLIGHT .

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 12 3AZ .

Remove high-pressure nozzle (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation note: 

Make sure guide (3) is correctly seated in lug (4).

Replacement: 

• Loosen the holder for the chrome trim (1) at the latch mechanisms (2) and remove from the high-pressure nozzle (3) in the direction of the arrow.
