51 71 406 Removing and installing/replacing rear spoiler

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Partially lower rear headlining (from B-pillar) and support. See ROOFLINER (WITH SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF)  or HEADLINING (WITHOUT SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF) .

Slacken top nuts (1).

Tightening torque 51 71 10AZ .

Carefully lift out rear spoiler (1) in upward direction.

Installation: 

Seals around retaining bolt must not be damaged.
