51 31 027 Removing and installing/replacing cover on windscreen at top

Special tools required:
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Release cover (1) from clip (2) with special tool 00 9 325 .
Installation note:
Replace faulty clips (2).
Installation note:
Gasket (1) must be positioned before clipping in the cover (2).
Coat gasket (1) with water.
Position cover (2) on roof via clip.
Raise gasket (1) with special tool 00 9 340 so that it rests against cover (2) and simultaneously clip in cover (2).
Make sure gasket (3) is correctly fitted on cover (2), if required press gasket (3) in position.
