51 12 050 Removing and installing/replacing support for rear bumper panel

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove rear bumper trim. See REMOVING REAR BUMPER PANEL (UNTIL PRODUCTION DATE 08/2010)  or REMOVING REAR BUMPER PANEL (FROM PRODUCTION DATE 08/2010) .

If necessary, release cable (1) for ultrasonic transducer from support (3).

Release screws (2) on left/right and remove support (3).

Tightening torque 51 12 1AZ .
