17 51 000 Removing and installing/replacing intercooler (N14)

IMPORTANT: If the charge air hoses are not fitted without grease and dry, this will result in supercharger failure.

Fit charge air hoses dry and without grease.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Unfasten clip.

Detach left charge-air hose (1) from intercooler.

IMPORTANT: Fit charge air hoses dry and without grease.

NOTE: Illustration shows and text refers to the left side. The procedure is identical for the right side.

Unfasten screws.

Remove intercooler (1).
