72 11 092 Removing and installing/replacing left or right seat belt in rear cabin

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Installation note:

Powerlok screws (Duo Taptite) must be replaced and must not be reused
Powerlok screws (Duo Taptite) are mechanical thread fasteners with trilobular threads

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 7AZ .

Remove anchor fitting (2) with seat belt.

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 52 26 04AZ .

Remove striker (2).

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 13AZ .

Release screw (2).

Tightening torque 72 11 14AZ .

Remove deflection fitting.

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 5AZ .

Remove automatic reel (2).

Installation:

Automatic reel (2) is encoded against incorrect installation.
