63 21 180 Removing and installing/replacing left or right rear light (saloon/sedan)

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Release nuts (2) and remove outer rear light.

Only replace:

If necessary, convert or replace bulbs, refer to 63 99 315 REPLACING BULB(S) FOR LEFT OR RIGHT REAR LIGHT (SALOON/SEDAN) .

Installation:

Make sure rear light seal is correctly seated, replace if necessary.

Make sure there is a uniform gap all round between rear light and body side panel, gap approx. 2 mm.
