52 14 380 Removing and installing/replacing head restraint support on front seat (normal/electric), left or right

Remove rear panel on front seat backrest, refer to 52 13 198 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR PANEL ON LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SEAT BACKREST (NORMAL/MANUAL) .

Move head restraint downwards to Max. extent.

Remove front head restraint, refer to 52 14 390 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT HEAD RESTRAINTS (STANDARD/ELECTRIC) .

Snap out head restraint support (1) to left and remove downwards.

Disconnect plug connection (1) and remove head restraint support (2).

Installation:

Locks (3) and guide (4) must not be damaged.

Installation:

Guide (1) and supports (2) on backrest frame (3) must not be damaged.
