54 34 130 Removing and installing or replacing headlining in convertible top

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove convertible top . See 54 34 101 Removing And Installing Complete Convertible Top .
Release trim on convertible top catch.

When replacing (EH convertible top):

Remove trim . See 54 34 125 Removing And Installing/Replacing Trim On Convertible Top Lock .

Release screws in area (1).

Release screws (1) of front strap on convertible top strip on right and left.

Feed front strap (2) on right and left out of eyelet (3).

Release screws (1) of front strap on convertible top strip on right and left.

Feed front strap (2) on right and left out of convertible top strip.

Release screws in area (1) on lower bow.

Release screws of front straps.

Drill out rivet joints right and left.

Remove roofliner.
